Ordering Process

All orders through BGE’s Product Advisor Plus will undergo a four-step fulfillment process:

  • Step 1 – Order Processing: Our team will verify you are eligible for the instant $1,600 BGE discount before we can approve your order. This could take from three to five business days from your order date.
  • Step 2 – Order Approval: Once we confirm you are eligible for the $1,600 BGE discount, we will officially approve your order and begin coordinating with our partners for fulfillment. If you are receiving a quote for installation services, we will coordinate with you on any additional data needs (if applicable) and then initiate the process.
  • Step 3 – Order Fulfillment: If you choose pickup or delivery, our concierge team will contact you with instructions on coordinating with our distributor to receive your unit. If you choose professional installation, our concierge team will either connect you with the contractor performing the installation or provide you with a quote from the contractor for installation services. From this point on you will communicate directly with the distributor or contractor to receive your unit/have it installed.
  • Step 4 – Order Completion: We will receive confirmation from our distributor or contractor partner that your unit was either delivered, picked up, or installed, and mark your order as complete. Our concierge team may follow up with you to ask how your experience went and to assess your satisfaction.
