BGE’s Product Advisor Plus is a direct-to-consumer digital platform that allows eligible customers to purchase discounted equipment for their home through local distribution. Through this platform, customers can choose to receive their equipment directly from their local distributor, or they can elect to receive a professional installation from one of BGE’s qualified contractors.

There is a limit of one heat pump water heater incentive per residential address. At this time, the heat pump water heater must replace an existing electric water heater. Gas and other fuel types, as well as existing heat pump water heaters are not eligible for replacement through this platform. This offer is valid through December 31, 2023, or while program funding lasts.

TechniArt Incorporated administers BGE’s Product Advisor Plus platform. All purchases of heat pump water heaters through this site will appear on your credit card statement as a charge to “TechniArt.” TechniArt is an authorized vendor of BGE and has passed the required screening to represent their programs.
